Below you can find examples of accommodation available. All are within easy walking distance of Dive Centre but transport would be provided daily to the dive centre if required. The Local Area

All of these hotels are located in The Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen. Many people prefer to stay in this area as it is slightly quieter than being near the strip. The Old Town has many nice restaurants and smaller bars, but the late opening nightclubs and bars are only a 5 minute taxi ride, or gentle 20 minute stroll along the beachfront. The Old Town is based around the Harbour, where it is possible to see the local fishermen unloading their catch on a daily basis. You can then sample this fresh catch at one of the harbourfront restaurants.

• A soft sand beach fringed with lava based rock pools just crying out to be explored.

• Many restaurants of different nationalities to suit all tastes

The Accommodation

This is a smaller, quality complex with excellent facilities. All of the apartments look out over the large pool.

The resort's accommodation comprises of terraced 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a fitted kitchen equipped for self-catering, with kettle, toaster, microwave, hob & an iron & ironing board. Each bathroom has a jacuzzi as standard.

The 1 bedroom apartments will accommodate a maximum of four guests (2 in the bedroom & 2 in the lounge area).

The 2 bedroom apartments will accommodate a maximum of six guests (2 in each bedroom & 2 in the lounge area).
All apartments have been recently refurnished to a high standard. Cleaning is provided six days a week.

The combined lounge/dining area is equipped with digital TV, a mini hi-fi, VCR/DVD and comfortable seating including a sofa bed. A seated patio area/balcony is standard and a regular maid service is provided.

The complex also offers the following;

For those needing good accommodation at a budget price, we can offer self catering studio apartments.

These comfortable studios have good amenities and a relaxing, informal atmosphere. In a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, the complex is uphill from both the beach and the old town with shops, bars and restaurants around the harbour.

The studio apartments sleep 2 adults comfortably and have a kitchenette with cooking rings & fridge. Kettles & toasters can be hired for a small sum. All apartments have satellite TV (local channels). Each has a shower room with hand basin and toilet. All studios have a balcony.

The complex has a pool-bar, snack bar & lounge bar.

There is a 2 tier swimming pool and sunbeds are provided.

Internet connection available

A walk of less than 5 minutes will bring you to a very pleasant commercial centre which has bars & restaurants and a few shops and a supermarket. The Old Harbour is a maximum of a 10 minute walk and here you will find a large selection of bars and some superb restaurants, many specializing in local fish dishes, most of which is caught daily by the local fishermen – in fact you will often see the men coming in with their catch of the day.

From the Harbour another 5 minutes will have you on the main Avenida where there are many many restaurants & bars, shops of all types and this is where the long sandy beaches start.

Manta Dive Centre is an easy 10 minute stroll from this accommodation, but for divers pre-booked with us, we can offer a collection service.

La Florida apartments are very well located for holiday makers searching for an action packed holiday.

The apartments are located in the Old Town and are just 400 meters away from the Playa Chica beach, which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Only a 10 min walk brings you to either the new shopping center, The Biosfera, or the harbour, with it's many restaurants overlooking the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

The complex consists of 73 apartments built around a lovely large pool and lounging area. The pool bar serves a wide selection of both local and imported drinks and cocktails, as well as freshly prepared food.

Each self-catering apartment is equipped with a 2-ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Manta Dive Centre is once again only an easy 10 minute stroll from this accommodation, but for divers pre-booked with us, we can offer a collection service.

All of the accommodations featured on this page are less than a 15 minute taxi ride from the Airport.
